EDUCATION & TRAINING
I am a Doctor of Psychology and am a licensed marriage and family therapist, supervisor and educator. Early in my career I spent several years working in the foster care and adoption system contributing to my extensive knowledge on the unique challenges faced with issues relating to attachment and parenting. I completed my undergraduate and graduate education at the University of Southern CA (USC), University of San Francisco (USF) and Alliant International University California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP).

I have post-doctoral formal training and extensive clinical experience in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, EMDR, Brief Strategic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment-Focused EMDR, Brain Spotting, IFS, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, parenting and couples (EFT & Gottman Method), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am also an AAMFT approved supervisor, professor and clinical director at Alliant International University, California School of Professional Psychology.

I am committed to staying current with the latest research and therapeutic techniques. Regularly attending workshops, conferences, and engaging in ongoing education and research allows me to provide the most effective and relevant support to my clients and mentees.
