Brianna has a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University, California School of Professional Psychology and a second master’s degree in Communications from San Diego State University .

Often described as calm, warm, and nurturing, her strength as a therapist is forming strong connections with her clients in an effort to create a safe place for self-exploration. Brianna works with adults, children, couples, and families.

Brianna has worked with a variety of clients, but has special training in EMDR, trauma, maternal/paternal mental health, pregnancy/postpartum, infertility, and pregnancy loss. She is an EMDRIA-approved EMDR level I and II trained therapist, and often utilize this model to help her clients heal from trauma, negative self-concept, and other deep emotional wounds. Additionally, she is a certified Perinatal Mental Health therapist (PMH-C) by Postpartum Support International (PSI). Brianna is also a certified infertility therapist by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).

Brianna works with couples using Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) to helping couples regain connection and intimacy, improve communication, and work through difficult situations that may arise. She is a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed therapist and welcomes people from all walks of life.
