SPECIALTIES
Grace received her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University-California School of Professional Psychology. Her passion lies in guiding individuals, couples, and families through life’s complexities and fostering meaningful, supportive relationships. Grace's therapy is rooted in trauma-informed care, ensuring that every client feels valued, heard, and empowered in their therapeutic journey.

Grace's clinical focus is on understanding how trauma shapes emotional well-being and interpersonal dynamics. She provides support to individuals and families as they navigate relationship difficulties, embrace the unique strengths of neurodiversity, and find understanding in the interplay between cultural, faith-based and personal identities. She views connection as a catalyst for healing and believes that fulfilling relationships are key to personal growth.

Her therapeutic style emphasizes collaboration and adaptability. Grace integrates experiential approaches, creating safety for clients to explore the concerns that bring them to therapy. She also prioritizes fostering corrective emotional experiences, moments in therapy where clients can reframe past pain and build a stronger sense of self. These approaches help clients uncover new perspectives and achieve lasting emotional growth.

Ultimately, Grace empowers her clients to strengthen their relationships and create lives filled with balance and peace. By honoring each client’s unique story and strengths, she strives to help them uncover their potential and thrive.
